Refinery Status
As part of the ongoing sinkhole repair project on Trowbridge, portions of the road will be closed beginning Sept. 12. We are working closely with the City of El Paso to complete the necessary repairs as efficiently as possible and minimize disruptions to traffic.
Trowbridge will be closed at:
- Marlow and Trowbridge on the west side
- Delta and Trowbridge on the east side
Access beyond these control points will be limited. Security personnel and law enforcement will be stationed at both locations 24/7 to assist with traffic control and access.
