Marathon and ARCO customers now have a more personalized way to earn Rewards, access offers and save at the pump.

Marathon ARCO Rewards has evolved into two dedicated apps, Marathon Rewards and ARCO Rewards, allowing members to choose the one that best fits where they fuel up while keeping the Rewards benefits they already know and value.

“We’re always looking for ways to make the experience better for our customers, whether they’ve been fueling with us for years or are discovering Marathon or ARCO for the first time,” said William Windom, Brand Loyalty Manager at Marathon Petroleum. “These updates give customers more choice and convenience while building on the Rewards experience they already know and value.”

What you need to know

• Rewards Bank balances and account information have not changed.
• Both apps continue to work at participating Marathon and ARCO locations.
• Communication preferences remain the same.
• Redeeming Rewards has moved to the Offers tab in the bottom navigation menu.

More convenience at the pump

The new apps offer more ways for members to stay connected, access Rewards and make each stop more convenient.

Members can enable push notifications in the Marathon Rewards or ARCO Rewards app to receive post-transaction updates, exclusive Rewards, special offers and bonus earning opportunities directly on their devices. Members who remain opted in to SMS only will continue receiving post-transaction text messages as they do today.

“This is about continuing to improve the experience for everyone who chooses Marathon or ARCO,” said Amber Metzgar, Brand Marketing Director at Marathon Petroleum. “We’re making it simpler for customers to get more from every visit while giving them even more reasons to come back.”

Pay at Pump

Members can also fuel up faster with Pay at Pump, available in both apps at participating locations. The feature allows customers to pay for fuel directly from the app for a quicker, more convenient experience.

How it works

At a participating station, open the Marathon Rewards or ARCO Rewards app.

Select Pay at Pump. Choose your pump number and payment method. Follow the prompts to authorize payment and begin fueling.
