Marathon Petroleum earns perfect score on Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index for fourth year

Anacortes, Sustainability, People, AwardMPC scored 100% on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for the fourth year. The CEI is the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ inclusion. For 2023-2024, MPC met all CEI criteria, earning the company a perfect score and the Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion.
MPC partners with our PRIDE employee network during the year to host events and activities for our employees to learn about the experiences of members of the LGBTQ+ community. During June, PRIDE is hosting events and activities at multiple MPC locations to celebrate Pride Month.
