The Marathon Classic Presented by Dana is one of the longest running events on the LPGA Tour. Since 1984, the Marathon Classic has donated over $10.8 million to 180 local children’s charities. Marathon Petroleum became the official sponsor in 2013. As the title sponsor, MPC is committed to keeping the tournament a favorite among LPGA players, fans and employees for many years.

Marathon Petroleum-sponsored LPGA player Stacy Lewis will be in attendance. Lewis is a two-time Rolex Player of the Year. Her professional career includes 11 LPGA Tour victories and ranking as number one in the world during the 2013 season. Lewis also is a new mother to a daughter, Chesnee, and returned to the game from a brief family leave earlier this year.
