Robinson Nuttall Middle School students were thrilled to receive presents via the Cares Closest Program

Traditionally, the Robinson refinery team prefers to volunteer time in support of charitable organizations during November and December. However, with the pandemic preventing normal volunteering opportunities, the team worked to find other opportunities to support those in need this holiday season.

  • The Human Resources team partnered with the Robinson Chamber of Commerce to support the Angel Tree program. Refinery donations made it possible for 35 children to wake up on Christmas morning to find presents under their tree.
  • Refinery employees also gave over $400 to both the local Shop with a Cop and Toys for Tots programs.
  • Human Resources and the Lab partnered with the Cares Closest Program at Robinson Nuttall Middle School to provide gifts for students in need.
  • Each year, the Robinson team supports the Lawrence Crawford Association for Exceptional Citizens, passing out food and gifts at their holiday party. This year, the team donated door prizes for the clients.

2020 was a challenging year for many and the Robinson refinery team was very grateful to be able to help the community this holiday season.
