EnergyPoint Research announced the results of its 2021 Oil & Gas Midstream Services Customer Satisfaction Survey. MPLX Gathering and Processing (G&P) ranked second overall among oil and gas midstream services in total customer satisfaction. Supporting the overall rating, G&P received the number one ranking from customers in gas processing and treating, project development, onshore gas gathering, and NGL fractionation. Customers also rated G&P first overall in three of the basins where we operate: the Permian Basin, the Appalachian Basin – Marcellus, and the Onshore Gulf Coast region.

G&P was rated No. 1 in the overall customer satisfaction category in eight of the past 10 surveys.
