2026 MPC Charity Golf Outing Information & Sponsorship Opportunities

We invite you, our valued business partner, to join us for the 2026 MPC Charity Golf Outing. We’ll be hosting this special event in MPC’s hometown and corporate headquarters in Findlay, Ohio. This event provides a great networking opportunity while raising awareness and funding for many of the non-profit organizations our company and employee's support.

Executive Social - Private event with Marathon Senior Leaders for Executive Social Sponsors – will be communicated specifically to those sponsors.

Monday, June 15

Welcome Reception held in the Green Space at MPC’s Findlay Campus

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Private event for sponsors, teams and MPC leadership. Drinks & heavy hors d’oeuvres will be provided

Tuesday, June 16

Golf scramble at Findlay Country Club

Morning Flight

6:30 AM -Registration and continental breakfast
7:30 AM - Shotgun start (food and beverages will be served on the course throughout the day)
12:30 PM - Wrap-up and awards in the River Room
11:30 AM – 3:00 PM - The River Room will have items for golfers to redeem their gift voucher

Afternoon Flight

11:30 AM - Registration begins
11:30 AM - 3:00 PM - The River Room will have items for golfers to redeem their gift voucher
1:30 PM - Shotgun start (food and beverages will be served on the course throughout the day)
6:30 PM - Wrap-up and awards outside the Pro Shop

Lodging – Hancock Hotel

A block of guest rooms has been reserved at the Hancock Hotel for out-of-town sponsors and employees attending the event.

Follow the steps below to reserve your room.

Go to MPC Charity Golf Outing 2026
Fill in your Check-In & Check-Out Date, number of rooms, adults, and children and click “Update.”
Click “Book Now” for one of the Available Room Types
Enter all required fields under GUEST INFORMATION and BILLING INFORMATION and any other required fields.
Click Reserve

Please make your hotel reservation by Friday, May 15, 2026, when rooms in the block left unclaimed will be released. MPC employees should use this link, and not the Concur booking system.

Sponsorship Opportunities

This event is limited to one team per organization. Space is limited, so please register today!

If your company wishes to sponsor a second team, please email [email protected] to be wait-listed. Secondary teams will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, pending availability.

All sponsorship payments should be remitted via check or credit card and may be made payable to the United Way of Hancock County.

New Sponsorships

Executive Social Sponsorship - $2,000 – limited number available

Private social event with MPC Senior Leaders for two attendees. Also included is admission for two to the Welcome Reception.

*Golf foursome is not included in this sponsorship – must be selected separately.

Transportation Sponsor - $5,000

Sponsor the transportation that will be provided to Welcome Reception attendees (if desired). If attendees are not staying at the Hancock Hotel, we will have transportation service from downtown to and from your hotel (if desired)
Company logo on display at the Welcome Reception and on the transportation contact card

Swag Bag Sponsor Items - $1,000 each

Provide one of the items below (quantity of at least 256) with your Company logo for the swag bag that all golfers will receive. If you have another item, please select Other and email [email protected] to approve the item.

Golf Sponsorships

Foursome Sponsorships - $5,500

Choose Morning or Afternoon Flight.

*Placement of morning/afternoon flight designation will be awarded on first-come, first-serve basis.

Admission for four (4) to Welcome Reception on Monday evening
Voucher for Thank You Gift for each golfer, which can be redeemed at the Concept Shop in the River Room on event day
Optional: Invite an MPC leader to join your team for an additional $5,500, see below

Senior Leadership Golfer - $5,500

Add a senior level MPC employee as one of your golfers
MPC leaders will be assigned according to sponsor preference and availability. Please provide your first and second preferences. You will be notified to confirm your senior leadership golfer
*Must also sponsor a foursome to add a Senior Leadership Golfer

Add-On Reception Attendees

Reception for 4 Attendees - $500

Admission for four (4) to Welcome Reception on Monday evening
Designated for sponsorships that do not already include admission to Welcome Reception on Monday evening or if you need tickets for additional attendees

Non Golf, On Course Sponsorships – Sponsorships do not include a golf foursome, but do include admission for four (4) to the Welcome Reception.

Concept Shop Beverage Sponsor -$5,500

Enjoy the opportunity to greet golfers as they redeem their voucher in the River Room
Naming and selection of the “Signature Drink”
Company logo on display in and around the Concept Shop
Admission for four (4) to Welcome Reception on Monday evening

Volunteer Cart Sponsor - $5,500

Sponsor on-the-course volunteer carts. Your Company logo will be displayed on the carts utilized for volunteers
Admission for four (4) to Welcome Reception on Monday evening

Beverage Cart Sponsor - $5,500

Sponsor on-the-course beverage cart. Your Company logo will be displayed on the beverage cart that will provide beverages to golfers throughout the day (actual service provided by Findlay Country Club staff)

Hydration Station Sponsor - $5,500

Set-up on the course to serve drinks to golfers
Awning, table and chairs provided.

Set-up and manage putting contest for either the morning or afternoon flight
