Summary Annual Report The Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 requires that each participant or beneficiary of certain employee benefit plans maintained by the Company receive a Summary Annual Report of the operations of such plans for the relevant Plan Year. These Summary Annual Reports are being furnished to all participants or beneficiaries who were covered by any of these benefit plans during the Plan Year, January 1, 2006 - December 31, 2006. The benefits provided under your employee benefit plans are described in the Employee Information and Benefits Notebook which the Company updates periodically and distributes to affected plan participants. |
