      Notes:

    1. Georgia requires all 13 Atlanta-area counties and 32 surrounding area counties to have 7.0 psi, RVP 30 ppm average sulfur max. gasoline during the summer gasoline volatility season (June 1 to September 15). This State RVP program is more restrictive than the Federal 7.8 psi RVP program.

    2. Indiana regulation requires 7.8 psi RVP during the summer gasoline volatility season (June 1 to September 15) at retail. Federal RFG is a complying substitute for the 7.8 psi RVP.

    3. Michigan requires all eight Detroit-area counties to have 7.0 psi RVP gasoline during the summer gasoline volatility season (June 1 to September 15). Federal RFG is a complying substitute for the 7.0 psi RVP under Michigan regulations.

    4. Pennsylvania requires all seven Pittsburgh-area counties to have 7.8 psi RVP gasoline during the summer gasoline volatility season (May 1 to September 15 at terminals) and (June 1 to September 15 at retail).

    5. Ohio requires all eight Cincinnati/Dayton-area counties to have 7.8 psi RVP gasoline during the summer gasoline volatility season (June 1 to September 15). Federal RFG is a complying substitute for the 7.8 psi RVP under Ohio regulations.
