TRAVEL RESERVATIONS AT GUARANTEED LOWEST RATES

Make all your travel reservations from the comfort of your home or office: airline tickets, hotel rooms, car rentals, cruises, etc. And, you’re guaranteed to receive the lowest published fares and rates available to agents at the time of purchase.

Here’s how: When you call our Travel Reservations Desk, toll-free, a travel consultant will take the information and make your reservations for you. When you call, please have your travel details available: the dates of your trip, any hotels you have in mind, any flight information, etc. When making domestic airline reservations, our travel agents will automatically check the fares of major airlines to find the lowest available air fare for you. Please make reservations at least three days in advance and airline reservations must be made at least five days in advance if tickets need to be sent to you. Electronic tickets may be purchased and picked up at the airport.

Note: Reservations cannot be accepted on conference accommodations, travel industry representatives rates, negotiated rates, internet rates, charter travel, consolidators, compassion fares, bereavement fares, or frequent flyer reduction.

Just reserve your travel with our Travel Reservations Desk (getting the guaranteed lowest fares and rates at the time of purchase or you will be refunded the difference). Then when you return from your trip, simply send in proof of travel to get the 5% cash back…on United, American, Delta and other airline tickets…on hotel room charges at Holiday Inn, Sheraton, Marriott, and 14,000 other hotels and motels (excluding taxes, food and beverage charges, gratuities and other incidental charges)…on Avis, Hertz, National, Alamo and other car rentals…and on cruises and your other travel needs. Unlimited usage. No black-out dates. (Rebates valid only for you and family members covered by your Marathon Premier Card.)

A check representing your 5% cash back (which can easily save you hundreds of dollars a year on airline tickets, car rental, hotel rooms and cruises) will be sent to you after your travel is completed.

Just send in, within sixty days, copies of your airline ticket receipt and boarding pass, your paid hotel bill, your paid car rental bill, and any other eligible payment receipts along with a copy of the original confirmation that we sent to you.

LOSS/THEFT PROTECTION FOR ALL YOUR CREDIT CARDS

All of your family’s credit card, not just your Marathon Premier Card, are automatically protected if they’re lost or stolen

We urge you to immediately register all your cards (no limit on how many) for safekeeping…so this data will be readily available when needed to notify card companies if your cards are lost or stolen, a change in your address, or any other Marathon Premier Card service you wish to use.

You may register every other card your family carries, (and update your list at any time) including:

Cash-machine
Travel cards
Gasoline cards
Telephone cards

GUARANTEE OF NON-RESPONSIBILITY ON ALL YOUR CARDS

From the time you notify us of your card loss/theft by making a single toll-free telephone call, your liability for unauthorized card use (as limited by law and card issuers policies) becomes our problem. We will reimburse you for any charges assessed to you as a result of any fraudulent charges made after you call us. Applies to all forms of charges - - in person, phone orders, even internet transactions.

$1,000.00 CREDIT LIFE INSURANCE

This coverage pays the account balance for the primary Marathon Premier Cardholder up to $1,000.00 in the event of his/her death. (Certain restrictions may apply.)

$100,000 FLIGHT INSURANCE

When you make your airline reservations via the Premier-Members-Only toll-free line, you will automatically be covered for $100,000.00 against accidental loss of life, limbs or sight on those flights. (A portion of your fee pays the cost of this coverage for the primary Cardmember.)

EMERGENCY CASH & PLANE TICKETS HOMES

If you have lost your airline tickets, credit cards or cash far from home; you need not worry. We will wire up to $1,500.00 cash to anywhere in the U.S. or arrange for a prepaid airline ticket home.

The following restrictions apply: You must be at least 500 miles from home and have adequate available credit on a Visa or MasterCard to which the funds will be charged. Lost airline tickets must have been booked via the Marathon Premier Member Travel Service, and emergency tickets may be used only for a return trip home.

Our customer service representative will verify your location and then arrange for either the cash to be picked up at the Western Union office closest to where you are at the time, or the airline tickets to be ready at the nearest airport (typically within one to four hours of your request).

LOCK-OUT SERVICE

Pays the expense of a locksmith up to $50.00 per year to help you get inside your home if you are locked out or into your car if you have locked the key inside or it’s broken inside the door or ignition. Just call any locksmith nearest to you.

Taking a trip by car? Get a computer-printed Trip Itinerary that provides easy-to-follow directions to your specified destination anywhere in the U.S., with notations for points of interest along your route. Marathon Premier Cardmembers are entitled to discounts on car rentals of up to 15% (and possibly more) at thousands of participating locations throughout the United States.

Terms & Conditions

Your account will be charged a $35 annual membership fee for the benefits and services you will receive with your Marathon Premier Card. (Fee is $24 in North Carolina and $15 in California.) The Premier Card membership is not available in the state of New Jersey.
