Does Marathon’s Fleet Program have features such as Driver Identification Numbers and Odometer Readings?

We assign each vehicle a card and each driver a unique identification number that is required at the time of purchase. An odometer reading must be entered to complete the sale, but this is not a security feature.

Does Marathon offer a rebate program?
|
|
Marathon’s Fleet Volume Rebates start at 1,001 gallons per month. Please note your account must be current to be eligible for rebates.
- 1,001 - 2,000 gallons save $.01 per gal.
- 2,001 - 5,000 gallons save $.015 per gal.
- 5,001 - 10,000 gallons save $.02 per gal.
- 10,001+ gallons save $.03 per gal.

How will the Marathon Fleet Program save a customer time and money?
|
|
By choosing purchase restrictions for individual cards or for the entire account, Fleet Managers can control what their drivers purchase. In addition, the detailed information provided on the Vehicle Analysis Report will save the Fleet Manager time by eliminating the addition of receipts and reconciling of expense reports.
For a nominal fee, Fleet Managers may choose to receive an Exception Report daily, weekly, or monthly to control company fueling policies.

Can a customer control where his/her cardholders make purchases?
|
|
Yes. With Marathon Fleet Station Cards, Fleet Managers may secure their credit card(s) at Marathon location(s) they’ve selected. For security purposes, Fleet Managers must assign driver identification numbers for each driver to input at time of sale.

How does the Marathon Fleet Program save refueling time?
|
|
Many of the Marathon stations are equipped with pay-at-the-pump technology. So customers need not leave their vehicle at time of refueling.

How many cards can a customer have per account and what is the cost?
|
|
A Marathon customer may have up to 9,999 vehicle cards per account number. There is no extra cost per card.
