Supplier Diversity is a proactive business initiative that provides potentially underserved business enterprises equal access to opportunities with MPC and Speedway. The goal is to provide diverse business enterprises the opportunity to compete on an equal basis with all other suppliers focusing on developing and strengthening relationships with suppliers that will support our competitive strength into the future.

Supplier Diversity advocates work closely with MPC’s Global Procurement and Speedway’s Purchasing & Commercial Services organizations to include diverse business enterprises in the purchasing process driving increased inclusion of a diverse range of suppliers. We are committed to the growth and success of our Supplier Diversity initiatives because through diversity the quality of the pool of available suppliers is enhanced and our competitive advantage strengthened.
